What a powerful message from Sis Jermika! I've just finished reading her story of deliverance and cried as I saw myself in so many parts of the book. It reminded me of Jeremiah who was commissioned by God to preach the word. Jeremiah was understandably apprehensive and pleaded with God, viewing himself as unlettered and just a boy (Jer 1:1-19) but God encouraged and helped him see that he was fit to send His message to the people. This is what God commissioned for Sis Jermika to do: share her story of deliverance and anointing to be an encouragement and beacon of light and bring others to the knowledge of God. That we are Strong, Bold, Beautiful and Free!
I got this book yesterday and finished today. I could not put it down. I thought I was a slow reader but I was zipping through the story because it was that enticing. It was incredibly raw and vulnerable and it was so brave of the author to expose her truth. Her words, her experiences, all of it, was just touching. I think everyone religious or not will receive something from reading this. Thank you for writing this book and sharing with all of us your testimony. I'm looking forward to the sequel.

To see a believer be transparent about their life, Gods grace and more important his redemption is remarkable. I believe a lot of women will not only find healing but find a way to move pass where they have been. Many times we feel alone, stuck and as if we are the only people who have made mistakes in life. Thankful for Jermika sharing what God has done, showing her and what he is capable of doing!
It was a delight to take this journey with the author as she peeled back her heart and exposed her vulnerabilities, thoughts, shortcomings and struggles that shaped her into what she is today. A must read – we really need more transparent books like this. I applaud the author’s courage in revealing many personal things in her life; the back story behind the smile, behind “The Strong, Bold, Beautiful & Free”. It is raw, relatable and delivered in a ‘no-nonsense’ style of writing that is refreshing.
