After reading both of Dr. Lynne's documentations of The Phoenix Lights, she has totally convinced me that that UP's are up above, attempting to communicate with us. As it's been said "let the data speak". I met Lynne over 40 years ago when she was a health correspondent on major TV networks in the Philadelphia I remember her immense determination to relocate to Arizona. It was fate, plain and simple. She was destined to document, without a doubt in my mind, this Unexplained Phenomena.

Reading the Phoenix Lights, a skeptic’s discovery that we are not alone by Lynne D. Kitei, M.D., has been a very inspiring and spiritual experience. On several occasions throughout the book I had to pause and agree with what was being presented as I had also had very similar events happen in my life. For example on page 43 Dr. Lynne tells of purchasing art supplies in the hope of rendering an artistic image of her UFO/UP (Unexplained Phenomenon) experience, Then she thought the idea to be silly and left the supplies unused and unopened. I too had wanted to get an artist rendering of what I saw on October 2015, I finally abandoned the idea as being too expensive to hire a professional artist. Then later in the book on pages 50 through 52, a very descriptive and emotional testimony by UFO witness Tim Ley, brought home many feelings and remembrance of my personal UFO experience. On page 51 he states ‘It was a pure light; with such beauty that it’s inexplicable within the normal human experience…it was super bright and yet not glaring. I could look directly at it without squinting my eyes. It was pleasing to look at. Even now, when I look at the light in my mind’s eye, I feel soothed and pleased by its beauty.’
I was saddened to lose sight of the three fantastic orbs of light back in October 2015 and wished for their return very soon. I also had many thoughts about how different people with different backgrounds can interpret an unusual event, and then I came across Dr. Lynne’s passage on page 52. ‘Besides everyone brings a different perspective and perception into the mix. Our background, upbringing, religious beliefs, life experiences, and mind-set are thrown in for good measure when something extraordinary and unexplained is observed.’
Dr. Lynne gets help from Jim Dilettoso a UFO expert and computer professional; he has extensive knowledge about the UFO phenomenon and can analyze her videos and photographs she has taken of the Phoenix Lights. This leads to the discovery that her sighting is real and that in no way could the lights be flares as the military stated at a press briefing. The story goes on from here to reveal that the lights also are not detectable by radar and the possibility exists they could come from another dimension. The book has a wealth of information about the extensive steps Dr. Lynne took to verify her sightings and to make a stand for truth despite military agencies actions to cover up truth during the investigation.
The book also explores the spiritual side of UP (Unexplained Phenomena) experiences. This talks about human kinds place in the universe and what we can do to improve ourselves and eventually make the world a better place to live in. There are discussions about life after death and what it means to us in terms of giving us hope for a brighter future. The book has 20th Anniversary updates and appendix sections that give computer website links for videos and further exploration on these intriguing topics of UP’s and UFO’s.
I highly recommend this book for all of those interested in broadening their knowledge of these subjects. For those who have already experienced a remarkable sighting you will find that you are not alone and that there are many others such as yourself who have shared their observations in an effort to learn more about these intriguing mysteries.
